The Church at Covington Welcomes You

The Church family and I would like to welcome you, and invite you to experience the most exciting opportunity extended to man today - The Joy of knowing Jesus Christ!

It is our desire to create a place for worship with an atmosphere where you can begin and develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

It is with great joy that we open our hearts and the fellowship of our Church to present Jesus Christ to the people of this area. We have been in Newton County since 1931, and God has blessed our ministry. In 1990, we relocated our church from the town of Porterdale to our current location in Covington.

We are excited that God has continued to bless us and allows us to extend our fellowship to a variety of people from various backgrounds. It is our prayer that we can carry out the great commission of spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ, beginning with our area and reaching throughout the world.
